Payments are made electronically through FACTS Tuition Management. Registration for FACTS is completed by the school. Parents must complete a contract form with the principal or bookkeeper. Please see the financial aid section of the website if assistance is needed.
Additional Payment Options
FACTS: Families may choose to pay tuition on a monthly basis through the automated withdrawal or invoice options provided. Monthly deductions are made on the 5th or 20th of each month from a checking or savings account. Families can also pay their monthly tuition on-line. Tuition payments begin in August and end in June. A one-time registration fee is charged by FACTS.
Payment in Full: Parents may choose to pay the entire tuition at the beginning of the year. Parents who choose this option do not have to enroll in FACTS. Payment is due by August 20th.
Half / Half: Parents may choose to make two annual payments. This first payment is due by August 20th and the second payment is due no later than April 20th. Parents who choose this option do not have to enroll in FACTS.
Tuition is paid through an outside company called FACTS. Parents have the options to pay on-line, via invoice, or through automatic withdrawal from an account. In addition to tuition and registration, there is a one-time FACTS registration fee of $40-$45 which is paid to FACTS. Registration is paid in the office at the time of enrollment. Parents have until the end of the school year to complete their service hours and fundraising obligations. If parents do not finish, the balance will be paid in the office (see parent contracts). Day Care and lunch fees are paid in the office as well.
